Margaret "Peggy" Sullivan

Peggy made the best brown bread in the county and she knew it. She'd deny it every time you told her, but she'd also make sure there was always a fresh loaf when you came to visit.

She was a nurse for 34 years, a mother of four, and a grandmother who remembered every grandchild's favourite biscuit. She read to her grandchildren until her eyesight made it too difficult, and then she made them read to her instead.
